This page is for Perch — an independent, open-source client for a self-hosted Hermes Agent. It explains how to have your data deleted, what is deleted, and what is kept.
Uninstall Perch. Everything the app stores lives on your own phone, so removing it deletes all of it — immediately and permanently, with nothing to request from anyone.
The only data that ever reaches us is optional crash diagnostics, and only if you switched them on. The steps below turn that off and delete what was sent.
In the app: Content & safety → Crash reports → off.
This closes the reporting SDK the moment you tap it. Nothing further leaves the device. If you never turned crash reports on, nothing was ever sent and there is nothing to delete.

Perch has no accounts, so there is no username for us to look you up by. Tell us roughly when you used the app and on which platform and we will remove the matching crash reports. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

No name, email, phone number or account. No payment details. No location. No contacts. No advertising identifier. Perch operates no server, so there is no profile of you anywhere to erase — which is why this page is as short as it is.
